DAY 1:Welcome to 2023! We begin the year with an intention. Take a moment and close your eyes. Take a few deep, slow breaths. Center yourself. Imagine yourself a year from now. What is something that you would like to create, make happen or have in your life that is not currently in your life? The sky's the limit! It could be better health, a new relationship or job, more peace, new creations for your store , blog etc. Nothing is off the table.
See, hear and feel your life as if this has manifested. What will people say to you once this creation has happened? Feel the emotions around this. Now, put your pen to paper and begin writing the answer to this question: “What do you need to incorporate into your life in order to manifest this creation?” For example, do you need to incorporate new beliefs, let go of blame, create a resume, move, start a new Routine or new life with you r partner etc etc , etc.? Let your mind go and flow with anything that wants to come forth. You can’t get this wrong! Go for it. write from your heart and just go with it , flow over the pages of the lovely beautiful journal you have just brought , or the millions you have got on your shelf like ,myself too . Journaling is a really great way to help with stress and mental health .. and it really does help if you do before bed every night to release that what you are worried about . have fun , stay calm ,.. and do what you can . this year is going to be the best yet .
